Why girls are not complaining about the misbehaving mangers in office under posh?

Gosh, where is this happening? I never really noticed misconduct in Capgemini ... except a few sexist wife based uncle jokes, which no 1 even laughs or responds to.

Calling the employee personal number at night time around 10pm and taking about unrelated things which has been done by manager

Block the number at night everyday n don’t respond or tell my parents are calling n keep the phone or tell the idiot I can’t talk now . Cut the call

Just complaining is not enough. Then they have to follow up with ordeals of investigation, actions etc. In India minor incidents are ignored in general , be it office or home

There are popsh complaints, but I agree there aren’t many. I’m on popsh panel and can say that all grievances are diligently and sensitively handled.

Because most of the companies they do nothing n if you complain they note it down n even slight mistake they will harass you or they end up telling we couldn’t find any proof for that n close it

TBH I have zero trust in the company's policies like posh and other complaints mechanisms. My gut feeling is these policies exist due to statutory reasons. I don't think they will touch any higher level employee, because people in his circle wouldn't want it.

Better don't pick the call, if he asked why you didn't pick the call just say I sleep early, or give any absurd reason.
