Poor management and Toxic working environment in Powai location

Managers and TL are hired without prior knowledge of domain knowledge they just wanted to fulfill their ego if any employee raise the concern or feedback they will target that employee. Even managers are not following SOPs and doing business compliance issue.Asking client for Appreciation email for getting promotion and Gems this is how they Showcase the TCS image in front of their business client.So pathetic
