Need a suggestion here, my team is sitting in Bangalore and I’m leading them from different city. More over managers are also sitting at Bangalore locations. Why they don’t consider a person’s efforts who is trying his best from other locations, they always give benefits, promotions, good variable pays to the location where they sitting.

Felt really bad for team and my self. Which is effecting the performance a lot.
