There are stories of manipulation of resume, last minute resume removals, insider info / connection with recruiters. Placecoms are the gods of your MBA life and beyond. Why don't people stand against this? 20-30 lakhs for an MBA is huge to keep it like this.
i see this more like a welcome party of office politics. The current batches IIT/IIM guys are the UPSC babus of the PVT world. There is no end to thier entitlement.
