Political play of Third Party

Hello Connections, I wanted to briefly share a recent professional experience. I joined Nvidia through Envotion on June 12, 2025, excited about the opportunity and eager to contribute. Throughout my time there, I received very positive feedback on my work and performance from my team and supervisors. Unfortunately, my contract was terminated on July 11, 2025. The reason I was given was that I had taken a few days of leave, though I always followed company protocols for requesting leave and kept my managers informed. I am still seeking clarity on this decision, especially since my performance reviews were excellent, and there were no prior concerns raised. This experience has been both unexpected and eye-opening for me. While it’s disappointing, I believe every situation—even the challenging ones—teaches us something valuable. I remain grateful for the time I spent at Nvidia and for the support of my colleagues.
