Does anyone know if Accenture has a policy that prevents us from joining the client company we are currently working with? I’m not sure, so I just want to confirm.

Yeah, there's usually a non-compete clause in the contract. Best to check your agreement for specifics, but folks have moved to client companies before without issues

Thanks I’ll try to check. Usually not much is mentioned in offer letter. One more thing is the payroll will be third party, so most probably shouldn’t be an issue. But still I have a doubt.
Even I have seen people moving before.
