Policy bazaar - Health Insurance

I bought health insurance for my father at age 57..its 1 year already completed and renewed for the next two years i have disclosed that he is having diabetes from 2018 but somehow I missed to disclose about Covid - 19 (May-2021 he is not hospitalized) taken treatment from home itself as ....so do I need to disclose now...?...my assumption is to take a new policy and cancel existing one
