Trending @Accenture; Policy—9 or 10 hrs work ??
What i know its 9 hrs everywhere in IT field Then why leaders ask you to work for mandatory 10 hrs timings?? Can we not complain about it. If yes. Then to whom ?
Policy is 10 working hours, 10 hours includes break, lunch etc.
A client is billed 9 hours , thats why Accenture justifies 9+1 hours
It's 9 hours irrespective of location for my project but all end up working minimum 12 hrs
Yes haha its story of most of us…Wherever its needed to extend we should but problem is we all shouldnt promote it without any need or just to highlight ourselves …we all should not support long hrs work more than expected by org everyday…whatever if uts 9 or 10 hrs..bt we end up working for teg whole day and night..lol May we all stand together at work and show unity for what’s right
I am in support of work life balance and don't prefer to extend everyday but others who don't have issue in my team make my situation pathetic by scheduling calls .So i don't know solution for this issue
I am working for 13 hours each day without any overtime. Lucky if you are working for 9 or 10 hours. I miss those days when we used to work for only 9 or 10 hours.
Are bhai we also working 13+ hrs many time bt just wanted to know the policy..I understand we need to stretch sometimes but shouldnt be this routine
