Hi guys
Recently got offer from cognizant. Can someone please tell me about the bench period & policy at cognizant? Would I be eligible to get maternity leave if I am on bench after joining if I didnt get project immediately? And is there any time frame for which I have to be working as Cognizant employee to be eligible for maternity leave?

Maternity leave is government enforce policies and I don't think any organization can deny that but you will not get that easily you may need to initiate the discussion beforehand

Correct. Yes. However, most organizations require that you be employed with them for at least 6 months before you are eligible to take maternity leave.
