Trending @Infosys; Point of contacts are pointless.
I am a DSE fresher joined infosys in june 2022, it's been more than 2 years in infosys. In the recent promotion cycle, I asked my manager if I'll get any promotion or hike, she said that I was taken in the project for a temporary period, she's been extending my allocation every 3/6 months from june 2023(project joined date)
She added that my promotion depends on my mentor and I've tried connecting with HRs but nobody's helping me with this
Also, recently I've got a hike based on the performance rating that my manager gave.
Can anyone help me with whom to approach to get clarity ??
May I know the mentor is your reporting manager and the project manager is different entity right ?
So you have an option of getting to connect to mangers reporting manger , if he is not responding to your request .. always remember follow escalation matrix 😍😎
or else you can check for bridge opportunities or apply IJP .. Keep your career in your hand rather than on third party individuals 😏
