Papergirl’s Dance
Lives like she has nine hearts, Knows she has just one.
Careful, Papergirl, don't soar Too close to the sun.
Gently, Papergirl, cut and shape, Chase your dreams in their twilight escape.
Promise, Papergirl, my vow is clear, Sing to the stars? I'll pretend not to hear.
Come on, Papergirl, your dance has begun, Lives like she has nine hearts, claims she needs but one.

Feedback: the rhyming scheme isn't consistent. You could maybe club the first 4 lines as 2. And then it will become aabbccaa
P.S. I know how difficult it is to write poetries, especially the rhymes. P.S.2 I haven't been reading poetries for a long time, so my comprehension is way below bar right now, hence not commenting on the poetry itself. 🫠
