It's been a while (a couple of weeks) since I started looking out for a new job but unable to figure out what's going wrong:

• Applied to 50+
• Shortlisted at 10+
• Interview loop at 3 companies
• 0 negotiations
• 0 offers

Feedback from mentors and peers:

• Resume is fine (ATS 90+)
• 3+ PM experience, 1+ PO experience
• Salary expectations b/w 20-24L
• HRs are ghosting after fairly good screenings

Again, what am I doing wrong? How do I figure it out?
