PMs- how often do you check the analytics to make decisions?

Check not just to read but actually consume.

Daily
Once a week
Whenever it is needed
I don't do that; I know it all :)
I don't do that; Data team is responsible for that

I've come to the conclusion this depends most on the DNA of the company you're at.

I disagree, and the reason is that the DNA of the company is not a static thing and is bound to change for the good stuff. And, if you, as a PM, are able to show a positive impact on the decisions and outcomes, then it would be hard to believe that the company is not ears for that. If yes, then that is a red signal, and maybe I'll think of moving out at the earliest.

Data is one of the most potent weapons a PM has if used efficiently.

Data is monitored daily - sanity of existing BAU. Weekly it is more detailed where I look at trends and when solving a problem it is deep dive in data (or proxy sources when direct data is not available) to be sure of how to solve and get confidence in the solution.
