
PMs- how often do you check the analytics to make decisions?
Check not just to read but actually consume.

I've come to the conclusion this depends most on the DNA of the company you're at.

I disagree, and the reason is that the DNA of the company is not a static thing and is bound to change for the good stuff. And, if you, as a PM, are able to show a positive impact on the decisions and outcomes, then it would be hard to believe that the company is not ears for that. If yes, then that is a red signal, and maybe I'll think of moving out at the earliest.
Data is one of the most potent weapons a PM has if used efficiently.

Data is monitored daily - sanity of existing BAU. Weekly it is more detailed where I look at trends and when solving a problem it is deep dive in data (or proxy sources when direct data is not available) to be sure of how to solve and get confidence in the solution.
