None. You should own requirements and have a good engineer confirm if the requirements are getting covered in those technical documents.

Significant amount of my time goes into this. Moreso when working on integrations.

Just for context - recently built a side project using Microsoft and spent hours reading Micorosft guide on how deployment will be done. So looking if someone else faces problems like this, if yes then wanted to build something around that.
