Trending @Accenture; PMO says shift allowance is yet to be initiated
I’ve been working on shifts and on call from April but I haven received neither shift nor on call allowance yet. PMO says shift allowance is yet to be initiated. Does that mean I won’t be getting allowance for the previous months that I’ve worked?
Hey PMO here, the shift and on call allowances are paid every month with salary. For example for the month of April it is paid in May months salary and for May month in June months salary. Stop working for on call allowances before getting the proper clarity.

Reach out to your lead and tell him the problem you are facing and don't work for on call shift. Take a stand for yourself. It's paid around 400-600 per day depending on the level.
