PMO Redirected Me to Pool Manager After Joining!

Hey everyone,

I recently joined and got assigned to an MMC project (non-billable/shadow) that's ending soon. The PMO reached out, I shared my CV, and now I'm talking to the Pool Manager.

For onboarding, I'm told to contact the project manager, but no solid confirmation yet.

Has anyone been through this?

What happens when PMO sends you to a Pool Manager? If a project ends early, does it get extended or do you move on? How long does MMC onboarding take after sharing your CV? What's the best move for a newbie like me
