Trending @Accenture; PMO not releasing me

I am in organization from last 5 years, and my release date from current project is near, I wrongly got hard lock in a support project without my acceptance, in a project where my skills are not even aligned. I discussed it with PMO and he denied to release me, I did not share any documents for onboarding process. What should I do to get release from this project, because of this hard lock other suitable projects are not approaching me. Please help.

Ask another suitable project to put a challenged lock on you. Convince that manager that you want to work with them. There is a chance.
