I'm at PMO lead role and grade is BPO4. What next can i look forward for next roles? Want to pursue PMO or Delivery roles.

You're at BPO4 as a PMO lead. Next, aim for Senior PMO Lead or PMO Manager at BPO5. If you want delivery roles, target Delivery Manager. Focus on skills and networking.
