PM2 at Swiggy vs FK

Dude im in fk too and from what ive seen here and heard about swiggy, flipkart’s baseline culture is still much much better because its not founder driven, and parent entity walmart is patient with its capital. So even at ‘shittier’ teams in fk, you should generally have a better experience than at swiggy. Keep in mind this is my own anecdotal biased opinion. But another slightly cool (atleast to me) thing i found at fk was that there’s a great culture of knowledge sharing- with its recorded videos and transcripts on every single minor thing, and product thinking, especially when it comes to A/B testing. Good stuff to learn from all available literature if you’re into that kinda product building. But the downside though i feel is that things will be a lot slower to ship; and you wont have a lot to show for your next switch. Again, my perspective
