Bhai why would someone take the pain on their end to find/inform you of an available opportunity and then take additional steps to ask you for your details, procure your Cv and then put in a referral at their internal job portal? People think they’re some crazy top 0.01% at their job that companies are just dying to hire. The job market is tough business. You don’t land a referral, you earn it - with networking and cold DMs.
