• Prime Minister Narendra Modi's 38 foreign trips between May 2022 and December 2024 cost nearly ₹ 259 crore.
• The expenses covered accommodation, venue charges, security, transportation, and miscellaneous costs.
• The highest expenditure was on trips to the US, Japan, and Germany.
• The most expensive trip was to the US in June 2023, costing ₹ 22.89 crore.
• Minister of State for External Affairs Pabitra Margherita provided the details in a written reply to the Rajya Sabha.
