PM job market in 2026

How is job market for PMs?

And is there any particular skill set which companies are looking for.

I am an APM having 5YOE with cctc of 15.5 LPA. Relevant experience is 4 years in product management.

Looking for PM roles, probably aiming compensation 23-25 LPA.
