I interviewed for their sde role. The upper management seems to have no conviction in their own product lol. When I asked them why do they think their product will do well, they had no question and instead became furious as to why was I asking them questions
It’s a zombicorn! They don’t have a business model, why would you like to join such a company?
To all those who are saying that Fi has no business model, it's a bank (neo bank). And it has a lot of new things under the hood. It has enough scope for growth, like IDFC bank (but not similar)
heard the culture is not good . too much micromanagement, their product isn't as evolved as it's competitors and they don't pay well.
Are you applying for an apm role as a fresher or do u have any workex?
What's their business model to make money?
