Plz help me to come out of this

Hi all, I need urgent help regarding my release. I haven’t been going to office for the past few months due to health, personal, and family reasons. After an internal enquiry started, I decided to resign and asked HR if I could get an immediate release. They agreed at that time.

It’s been over two weeks since my resignation, but there’s no response from HR. I’ve tried calling and following up multiple times, but they are not responding. I even explained my situation again yesterday — that I can’t continue staying here due to PG rent and that my father is unwell — and was told they’d update me by evening. But no one has contacted me since.

I’m stuck with no clarity and no support. If anyone knows the right person/team who can help me escalate this, please let me know. 🙏
