Looks too compact. Lots of stuff. Might not get screened by automated workflows.

Why not try a template with 2 pages. With roles and responsibilities at each company seperately.

Also I don't think courses are need, just certifications should be fine.

Rejected in first glance. The resume is too busy. Can't spend that time to read it. Make is simple.
