Pls respond asap who are on NP

I am on NP die to some health reasons and since i used to report to client location my manager used to approve our wfo exception. But for april she told me to raise it with health reasons which i have raised but its pending with hr. What if it doenst get approved will my april salary be affected.My LWD is 14th May But i might get early realease please respond whoever is on NP.
