Trending @Wipro; Pls help me to switch another company

In 2021 joined Wipro as fresher as 3.5 LPA in hand 22k till now with same package not received a single rupee hike from them. People are from Hyderabad knows pg rates are how they are.

Somehow I’ve managed home expenses & my expenses. Recently a couple of weeks back father expired. So, having lot of responsibilities to take didn’t how to mange home.

I’ve started trying to switch company but nothing is coming in my way. My role is data engineer.

Anyone pls refer me in suitable roles it will help full for me.
