Pls explain the process of promotion from C2 to C3A. I am C2 and will complete 7 years in the next 3 months.

From C2 to C3A at least you should serve min 3 years for them to consider your promotion and usually promotion need to be initiate by your manager and later I'm not really sure whether you can track the progress or not
