I would like to know about this matter. I’m planning to submit my resignation as well. I’m away from my base location and the option that is been put for our team is employees at the base location must visit the office for 2days every week, employees within the state must visit for a week every month and employees who are from different state must visit the office at least for a week quarterly. Suddenly my manager asks me to visit the office twice a week and asked to relocate and I informed I can’t since i’m from different state must state and away from base location and why not follow the option of visiting the office quarterly, he is not OK with that. So I asked if it’s OK to follow the option of visiting a week a month then he told I can visit like that till March afterwards I might have to relocate (which I can’t do now due to personal issues). Do I have to visit the office even if I submit resignation?
