This is internal survey. Image is already tarnished if someone reads the posts in this group 🙂. Anyway people join based on salary mostly... you give the right amount and people will join blindly
No the scores are advertised ...saying we have employee satisfaction score of xyz... Etc they r also mentioned in new client pitches etc...
Despite huge number of people are not satisfied .. I wonder survey results will show maximum satisfied people
Could be the new joinees who are happy with their package and yet to experience the dissatisfaction. Could also be the freshers who are scared to give bad rating

They must be just seeing the number of forms coming n no one must be even reading it
