Please suggest what to do

So, I got an unallocated project on 21st of October, it's been 16 days and since then my RMG is asking me to report to office and to be available for project drives that they keep on random days and they'll just send you and mail a day before that tomorrow is the drive and you have to be there. But my problem is I am not at my base location because I got married and shifted to other city So, when I was in project I have a raise request of self-initiated transfer since May, it got project level approval but it didn't got further approval and I am waiting for approval to get my transfer. In the meanwhile I was working for project and now as I got an allocated from that project, RMG is asking me to report there. But I have already telling them that just get approved my transfer, once my transfer is done I can go to the office which is nearby to my location and I can report there. But they are not approving my transfer even after giving them documents and moreover they are asking me to report to office and come to drive which I can't go. I am also having some medical condition which is very genuine and I am sending them mails stating this concerns with my medical documents and all the proofs which I have with me. I got a mail from my RMG saying that we have sent those documents for validation and will update. Meanwhile, you have to apply for all the non-reporting days. But my question is how many leaves I can apply? I have certain amount of leaves I can apply but I can't apply for all the days I haven't gone to the office or I will be not going to the office and moreover it's not about leave, they are also sending me reminder mails even after I have told the RMG all the things that I am going through. She is telling me to report to office and I am getting reminder mails on daily basis. Right now I have got my third reminder mail and just day before yesterday she has sent me the mail that I am going to validate your documents and I don't know why she has sent me this mail that again that you are not reporting, or else we will take strict disciplinary actions against you or your salary will cut the excess salary that has been paid to you for all these non-reporting days. I just want that my transfer should get approved so that I can go to the nearby office to my location or else I should get into some project which is at this location only where I live right now or else they should give me exceptions because I genuinely have some medical condition that I can't go to the my base location where they are asking me to report and I am trapped in all these scenarios I don't know what to do I have just received the third reminder mail I don't know what to do and what to reply now.
