
Trending @Accenture; Please suggest what to do
I joined Accenture in Feb 2022 at CL 12 and in April 2022 I got the project and in March 2024 I got promoted to CL 11. Some of my colleagues are not good they are not supporting and every time just argue for little things and they are from same city so they make their bond and communicating in their local language and that's why my lead didn't say anything to them and didn't provide any extra work and any extra shift to those guys. Every time she reached out to only me and said they will not understand so please you do and every new folk who ever joined they are also reaching out to me only and said I call you directly cause you will help me and afraid to call those girls for any help. My manager appraised that girl on little/silly things and that's why she thought only she's working and leading this team. If we were stay away for sometime and anything happens in that time or any major item came she is asking like where we are and what we are doing even to my lead as well and my manager didn't ask this type of questions to me in this whole journey and I'm the oldest resource in this project. They made a toxic environment in the team.
One of my colleagues and lead joined approx a year ago but still they need our help for everything and they are saying that they are new and don't know much and they made silly mistakes a lot of the times that's why my manager is not in favour of giving them any major work. They are doing only basic regular work and due to that the 3 of us have a work load and every single day we have to do overtime and there is no work life balance. I even work on weekends as well. And I thought that's why the team environment is quite toxic.
It's a support project so I don't have developer experience.
Do i need to release from this project ? And if yes then can I get any good project in Accenture with this experience.
I don't want any support project.
Please help me what should I do??
