Please suggest: Switch or stay a bit more?

I have 3.6 yoe, working as power platform Developer (powerbi, along with power apps and power automate). My current situation is that I have loan on me of around 16 lakhs ( to pay off the debt my father tooks years ago), also I am bearing full cost of my brother's college education. I am kinda primary earner of my family right now.

Problem is, my entire salary goes away in the 1st week of every month and I am literally left with nothing. I can't save a penny, also I am not able to provide good lifestyle to my parents currently.

I know I can switch, I have that much skills to switch and survive easily, but still I fear due to job security. I need assurance so that I can pay heavy emi each month, but current salary puts me on break even.

Shall I take risk and switch? What is the current market scenario? I have sound knowledge of power bi, power platform.

Shall I stay a bit longer, and wait for things to get better within a year, then switch?

I am really stuck, when I know I can de better but the fear is holding me down.

What is job security in companies like accenture?

Any input will be greatly appreciated 🙂

Bro, switch it up! 💪 The market is hot for Power BI and Power Platform devs. Staying in a job that barely covers your expenses is not worth it. Companies like Accenture have decent job security, but you gotta take risks to grow. Don't let fear hold you back. Go for it and secure a better future for your family.

I am also thinking the same, fed up now. But that once constant fear of security, that also because of so many responsibilities on me. But if I don't switch, it's slowly killing me. Mentally I am pissed off, always I keep thinking of how to get out of this situation. Any part time/freelance, but finding that also is not easy.

I really want to switch now.

If something unfavorable happens, entire family will go down, that is kinda situation right now.
