Please suggest next move
I will be completing 1 year in my company with 5 months of internship experience excluded - total 1.5 years started Feb 2024.
The work is good, working on the latest technology in the product based side of things with java, angular as my stack, and good wlb. The thing that is bothering me is the package I'm at 11 Ipa base rn post appraisal with some corporate bonus.
I want to know if I should wait more in this org, get better at DSA make more projects on the side and then start applying to new companies.
I want to know if I should start applying for a new job post 1 year full time is done here, in July 2025 or wait another year, get 2 years of experience and then start looking in 2026.
Under which case the opportunities are better, please suggest? Also the notice period is 1-2 months depending on the manager.
The reason to switch is purely package, and slow growth. Rest everything is good in this company, I might come back here when I want to have more work life balance later in my life.
Please suggest what I should do?

no not much The only thing that will happen is that you will be low-balled by HRs based in current ctc
