Trending @Infosys; Please suggest next action

Hello Everyone , I am very confused please suggest. My 6 months probation period is coming to end in next week and I am on bench from 1 st jan and before that I am on a project in pre production. I never come in production. Now I got a message from project manager that you have to reskill on SAP , but my skills are Java and Spring boot. So do you think I would say yes to them and wait for my confirmation and then take release from SAP project or I can say no to them because it is completely new for me. What infosys will do, they will extend my probation or they will terminate me from infosys.

You will not get release from SAP project, I was put in SAP beside having java, springboot skills. When I asked for release, I was simply denied. Also they do use to extend the probation of freshers when I joined 2.5 years back, not sure in your case though. You can ask HR about it. And try to get in any java project, ask in groups or colleagues.

Do you really think they will train you in different technology and after onboarding relase you easily.

Yes they told that they will provide trainings, but I am not interested in that and confused. Also my probation will end in next week, so will they extend it?

I suggest do as your manager says. It's very less time in company
