Please suggest is it ok to resign?

Hi Friends, I'm about to complete 3 years in TCS in next 2 months. Recently I returned from ML and got assigned to new project which is in preparation phase now. I'm about to get offer letter in this week.Once I get offer letter thinking to resign.Is it ok to resign? Will I face any issue from the new project manager because all my access are getting created. I'm confused can someone suggest on this please.

Resign immediately. Don't think too much. It will be better than tcs

What is your total work experience.? If it is more than 10 or 12 years than from job security purpose I think you can stay in TCS but if your experience less than you can explore other companies as this is the time to earn money 😛
