Please suggest how we can Career transition from sys term admin to Devops or cloud side in TCS

I joined in TCS 4 months back and due to some miscommunication my manager released me from the project now Im on bench. I want to shift from windows admin role to devops or cloud role. Is it possible to change the technology. If yes please suggest how
