Just received a offer letter from Accenture. Job title:- App/Cloud support senior analyst.
Should I join?
Currently I work at Cognizant. And I am working on a ongoing development project. I have no issues working here but I am underpaid here.
Please suggest about Accenture. Should I consider it or not. 55% hike Accenture giving.

I am not sure tho one of my acquaintance ik she works in dev projects as well along with support. That is what ik from her. Rest not sure.
She is app/cloud support analyst.

Accept the offer and resign. Try to find better company and project during notice period keeping Accenture as backup.
I also thought the same, but was thinking of the worst case scenario.... If will have to join accenture should I go for it.... Was my doubts and seeking suggestions...... Thanks
Yes, you can take the risk as more opportunities are present for below 10 year experience. In worst case you will join Accenture with better package and then resign and join other company giving the excuse of poor growth

3years 6 months of exp...... I am ok with the ctc that Accenture offering... But main concern is I currently work in development and they offered support role
Don't leave development role if you're interested at it and good at it, keep trying for better opportunities
