Please suggest companies that can meet below compensation requirements

My current YOE is 4.5, I’m an SDE-3 @walmart and planning to switch after 6 months. I’ll be having 5 YOE by then. My current base pay is 23 and ctc is 30. Apart from base i get only around 2 lakhs worth of share per year. Rest is all bonus. I’m looking for any company that can give me 35 base and around 10 lakhs worth of shares/yr
