I am a qualified chartered accountant having post qualification experience with Accenture of 3.5 years. I am at CL 10 recently promoted in sep 24 and my CTC is 10.68 fixed and 85k variable. Getting in hand salary of 78k and doing work from home. As I am part of Accenture internal finance team. Team wise I have no issues, also no work pressure and work flexibility.Since my salary is very low as compared to the market I started searching outside and I got 4 offers out of which I have rejected due to pay or shift timings. I have 2 offers in hand which are with 50% hike. One is from Flipkart - Bangalore and other is from airtel africa - Gurugram location. But both have work from office so I need to relocate and my expenses will increase with the pay. Currently no expense only saving in Accenture. I am confuse that shall I move out or shall I continue with Accenture only. Also I am based out of Rajasthan. Which one I should choose.
