My profile is on hold after clearing first round of interview for the role of BA ? Its been more than a month ? No portal (scheduling / updated) is updated with correct info from start. No POC from HR team. I contacted support team, they said its in mapping process and are not aware how long will it take. Alos, similar positions are displaying on their carriers portal.
Please suggest what to do in such situations

The recruitment process is slow sometimes and also some other factors like sometimes the urgent requirement process will be fast...but if it is regular recruitment and backfill it will be a slow process based on internal demand will open and sometimes goes to freeze...HR's usually won't response and share details properly it is in DNA for all of them happens
