I got an offer with 40% hike in a mnc company and got 4.52 IPF here in Tcs pls suggest me what should I Do next .Shall I accept the offer or not?

No actually my manager said they will provide me promotion from C1 to C2 if promotion window opens in next quarter so that's why I am asking what shall I do ?

It aint worth it. They give a maximum of 15% or 20% if lucky.
Just trust me it aint worth it. Their retention is also shit. They may match the offer but issue is they put all the extra in VP and prolly X Lakhs as retention bonus which you will get only if you stay for 1 year more and that too for some people it was stated it will get paid out over the next years FY. It means you put paper 2026, Retention bonus gets active in 2027, and you only get the amount throughout the year 2027 to 2028 as X amount/12.
What is worse is when trying to change companies squeeze in negotiation stating yeah you got X amount as VP we can give you a % of that as Fixed and increase by 10 to 15%. Or they too get encouraged to do the same. So we get screwed in the long run.
Overall just run.
