Hi guys , I just joined recently and am still not in any project ,or any office location assigned to me ,my manger told me to come to the office but officially it's not assigned to me yet , I don't get any automatic mail saying you are not coming to the office either , I want to go to my home town for until May first week , currently I am working from home , will there be any issue if I go and ay loss of payment . Please someone say something . 🙏
As you are new to wipro n you aren't in project , what sort of work is assigned to you ?
You can happily be at home until someone sends you a mail that you are allocated to project...
Once check with WMG team as well
I think...before going..u should apply request for wfh and get it approved. Otherwise if they silently deduct leave...it won't be recovered.
If no impact continue the same
Don't go to the office, Nothing will happen if you haven't received any yet.
