Please share your thoughts on this
Client is not willing to add the new C3B resources to any project. But these resources are allocated under FP project for the same client by TCS account management. This means these resources can't show any achievement as there is no work assigned. They can't move to other projects as already allocated. As they are not working, skills will get stagnant. Can anyone help to understand what strategy this is?
I am hearing it for the first time that a client checks the grade, TCS gives to an employee.
That might be an account decusion, not client
May be, the question here is, if tge client not assigned in any project, how do we showcase our achievements. Why don't release us? Something fishy
If client doesn't want C3B, you should be released. If it's an account decision, they might be waiting for a high margin project to allocate you
