Is 45k salary sufficient to run family after marriage, if wife not doing any job , & family dependent only on me . Currently doing wfh from tier 3 city ?
Nope, as a single source of income you need to earn more because of dependent family members
Can I switch to startup company with 70% increament , but no job security,only 20 members there , also next year planning for marriage
Switch to a safer side for now, if you are planning to get married, and I will suggest look for the one who will be earning, it will be helpful for your future

See bro its depends on your life style if some one earning 2 lakh also these amount is not sufficient to them. Make your life will 50 30 20 rule and when your salary increase don't increase the life style you will be happy .
1 don't take loans 2 which you can buy 10 times buy that 1 time for ex if you need to buy a phone buy that which you can by 10 times . 3.make max expenses limit for me I marked at 29k use credit card smartly
Even 3x of this won't be enough if you don't do financial planning. But if you do it then you can survive in this salary also.
