Hello Grapeviners I’m an MBA from a Tier 2 college. Landed a 21 LPA job at a top e-comm firm as a Management Trainee, got promoted, and worked across 3 teams over 1.5 years. The role was intense, took a toll on my health, and had to quit without an offer.

Tested my startup idea, PMF didn't work out. Doing some part time consulting gigs. But my full-time job search is not going well. Either I’m rejected for high past pay or offered low salaries. It's been 7 months since I left that E-commerce company.

Got a 10 LPA offer from an NBFC in my hometown (Vizag). I'm torn — the role gives stability, but future hikes may anchor to 10L. Interview calls have dried up, and the gap keeps growing. Please share your opinion in the poll and comments.
