Initially when I joined accenture 2.5 yrs ago. It was good. But recently from January the accenture became like b***h. I think it's due to the leadership.

there are lots of factors and its not your fault
all i can say is except money if there is anything in your control do it. Be it upskill , be it switch , be whatever. WE ARE IN BAD TIME snd hopefully it will continue till next 2 years
till then be best version of yourself, time will reward you if you pass these tough times

A senior batchmate of mine switched from Accenture to EY with 100% hike. Which bad time are you talking about? The upper management has gone clueless and if it's bad time it exists in ACN only it seems
