Hi, Can anyone please share me some tips to negotiate my notice period in TCS. I have an offer and will be able to serve only 30 days np. Another question, Is there any site in which I have apply for resignation inside TCS? Thanks

Negotiate directly with ur manager, explain ur situation clearly. Sometimes they can be flexible if u have a good relationship. No specific site for resignation, use internal HR portal. Good luck!
