Please share any PIP experiences in Deloitte would help to make my decision

They will put you in pip for 8 weeks, talent team, your manager and the coach of yours they will discuss at the end of every week about your performance and give a review to the talent team. You are not allowed to take leaves. At the end you will be laid off. So don't pay any attention start looking for opportunities outside. Good luck bro. 🤞🏻
