I have applied earned leave and advanced earned leave for march but its not yet approved. And j have put down my paper. Will the leave be approved and if the leave is not approved can i apply sick leave for that time.

It will not be approved, For sick leaves more than 3 days you have to submit proper documents

I want 4 days leave in March but i have already applied the leaves with reason that i have a function at my home. How do i apply sick leave for 4 days in NP then.
